These are Cuba pre-hurricane circa 2003.  Cuba is a country surrounded by water and it's cities are often at or near sea level.It's people are not "middle-class" as Castro would tell the world.I went there. The only thing that sucks is the commute.  Seriously,  I have to travel about 45 minutes each way right now-  all that will change soon but today I saw a huge steel container, perhaps 8 feet square,  sitting in the middle of I-40.
